Mission:

Family Worship Center is devoted to knowing and loving Jesus and obediently following the Holy Spirit and the Word while reaching out in love to see Watertown and the surrounding area saved, restored, discipled, equipped and released into ministry.

2012 Goals

  1. Create a welcome and loving environment here at FWC where the community will experience the presence and power of God. 
  2. Develop a discipleship process to ensure and measure spiritual formation and growth. (Web Site, Discipleship classes, Journey classes, OSL)
  3. In an effort to cultivate healthy community and help close the back door, launch Family Worship Center “Life Groups” to provide visitors and members the opportunity to develop relationships within the body.  This is also a model for personal evangelism and Discipleship.
  4. Develop a local Ministry outreach model with lay leadership for benevolence, deliverance and wholeness ministry to meet the needs of those in our community with hurts, addictions and hang ups. (Community outreach building)
  5. Motivate, train and release individuals to serve in ministry here in the local church with 50% participation.
  6. Implement 3 new outreach efforts for Watertown and surrounding area.  (Divide up the city, Life Groups, Special events and Special guests)
  7. Eliminate current debt while moving toward further facility development.
  8. Plan a mission trip (Haiti) and support an overseas ministry effort.

2013 Vision

By maximizing and leveraging the servant leadership and resources we will have, we will bring about the spiritual transformation of thousands of individuals in this area and around the World!


2013 Goals

  • 10,000 people accepting Jesus as Lord! 
  • 60% of the people doing the work on the ministry! 
  • Reproduce our church body by means of a 2nd service and a satellite service
  • Mobilize 50% of our church family to engage in missions efforts to Foreign land and the United States! 
  • Develop a satellite ministry center to bring the broken lives of people to wholeness! 
  • Complete the next phase of facility expansion.
