Become a Member

Choosing a home church is making a commitment to what you feel Jesus is asking you to do.  It includes a willingness to participate and not spectate. It also includes a desire to be accountable. It is a choice to apply what the Lord is teaching you so that growth becomes more and more evident as months go by. One of the core values we hold as a church is the belief that every member should have a lifestyle of consistent spiritual growth. The growth can happen in a number of ways, through regular attendance at weekend and midweek services, through involvement in ministries and life groups to mention a few. We believe that every single Christian needs to belong to a home church. There is no greater joy than to know that you’re right where Jesus wants you to be.

Water Baptism

Water baptism is an outward sign of an inward work. It is significant both publicly and privately. Publicly, it is an opportunity for your Christian family to celebrate with you as you announce your commitment to Jesus. Privately, it is a moment when you stand before an “Audience of One”, a moment where Jesus sees the openness of your heart and your willingness to be molded into His image. Water baptism is one of the most eternal decisions you’ll ever make. Be baptized in water: Sign up or request more info

Baby Dedication

Dedicating a child acknowledges God’s sovereignty not only over the child, but also Mom and Dad. Parents present their child before God and His people asking for grace and wisdom in carrying out their responsibilities. Parents also come praying that their child might one day trust Jesus Christ as Savior for the forgiveness of sin. The Bible says that a baby is a blessing from God. When you decide to dedicate your son or daughter to God, you are acknowledging the awesome responsibility God has given you in raising your child. A baby dedication is a ceremony that expresses your desire as parents to raise your son or daughter in the ways of the Bible and to ask God to use your son or daughter for His purposes.

Intercessory Prayer

An important part of the DNA at Family Worship Center is to be a church actively engaged in specific times of intercessory prayer. In these powerful times of prayer, we partner together corporately to petition God on behalf of another person or group. Prayer is not to be seen as just another weapon, but as actually part of the conflict itself, where victory is won for ourselves and others by working together with God Himself.
